Course Methodology
Participants will learn by doing. Several practical group exercises are used to assist participants in applying theoretical knowledge to organizational settings.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Strengthen the strategic relationship between training interventions and organizational directives
- Combine appropriate methods to conduct a Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
- Customize an effective process to develop subject-matter experts into internal trainers
- Assess training vendors and their consultants
- Demonstrate the success of training programs using evaluation methods from Reaction to Return on Investment (ROI)
